Ashley + Austin = Married

Ashley & Austin’s Romantic Garden of the Gods Elopement

There’s something magical about Colorado’s towering red rock formations, and Ashley and Austin’s intimate wedding at Garden of the Gods captured that magic perfectly. With the breathtaking natural backdrop and the couple’s undeniable love for each other, their elopement was nothing short of dreamy.

A Perfect Location for Love

Ashley and Austin chose Garden of the Gods for its awe-inspiring beauty and serene atmosphere. Nestled in Colorado Springs, this iconic location offered the perfect mix of grandeur and intimacy. The golden hues of the rocks at sunset contrasted beautifully with the soft whites and earth tones of their wedding details, creating a truly timeless scene.

As the day unfolded, the towering red rocks stood witness to their heartfelt vows. It felt as though nature itself was celebrating this union—soft breezes swirled around us, and the late-afternoon light painted everything in a warm glow.

A Micro Wedding Full of Meaning

Ashley and Austin’s elopement proved that weddings don’t need to be large to be incredibly meaningful. With only their closest loved ones present, the couple created a space that felt intimate, intentional, and deeply personal. From their handwritten vows to the quiet moments they shared between photos, every detail reflected their love story.

One of my favorite moments from the day was watching Austin’s face light up as he saw Ashley for the first time. Her dress, flowing effortlessly in the Colorado breeze, and her radiant smile were enough to leave everyone (myself included) teary-eyed.

A Scenic Adventure at Seven Falls

After their ceremony, we ventured to Seven Falls for an adventurous portrait session. This stunning location, tucked into a picturesque canyon, added an extra layer of beauty to their day. The cascading waterfalls and lush surroundings gave us a chance to capture even more variety in their photos. Ashley and Austin were up for anything, from posing on rustic bridges to sharing quiet moments beside the falls. It was the perfect way to end their elopement day, blending romance with Colorado’s wild, natural charm.

Capturing Their Love

Photographing Ashley and Austin was a joy from start to finish. They were completely at ease in front of the camera, making every shot feel natural and genuine. Whether it was a quiet forehead kiss or a burst of laughter, their personalities and love shone through in every moment.

The scenery only added to the magic. We explored some of the best spots Garden of the Gods has to offer, as well as the stunning vistas at Seven Falls, creating a mix of wide, dramatic shots and close, intimate portraits.
